Activity
10-mile circular walk setting out along the Grand Union Canal through Halton and taking in the only climb of the day to arrive at Wendover Woods Café for our lunch stop. Afterwards we enjoy the woodland further before descending to join the Icknield Way trail for the return to Wendover along a quiet road. Likely muddy throughout so sturdy footwear essential. Opportunity for a cafe or pub stop at the end.

Wendover Woods Café is our lunch stop, though it can be busy. Outdoor seating available for those with a packed lunch.
Travel
9:39 train from Harrow on the Hill arrives Wendover at 10:15. Paid parking at the station or free parking available in the car park next to the library.
