Activity
A 7-mile linear walk from Uxbridge to Denham via Frays River, Harefield and the Country Park. Walk follows Frays River and the nature reserve before joining the canal. Stopping at the well-known Uxbridge Galleries under A40. The walk crosses canal to head towards the woodlands at Harefield Place Nature Reserve. Then via Country Park for short break. Walk ends at Denham village. Option for drinks at village pub after.

Travel
Metropolitan or Piccadilly lines to Uxbridge. Free parking in roads near the station. Return options are 331 bus back to Uxbridge, or train from nearby Denham Station to West Ruislip, South Ruislip, Northolt Park, and Marylebone. Option to walk back to Uxbridge along canal (3 miles direct).
