Activity
Join us for a scenic 6-mile walk exploring some of Stanmore's hidden gems, combining woodland paths, historic landscapes and beautiful countryside views. Starting from Canons Park, we make our way to Stanmore Country Park, where we'll enjoy panoramic views across London. We then continue through Bentley Priory Nature Reserve, a haven for wildlife and rich in flora, including the magnificent Master Oak, believed to be the oldest tree in Middlesex. We'll stop for lunch beside the peaceful waters of Stanmore Pond before continuing through Deer Park and visiting the charming walled Bernays Gardens. The walk finishes back in Stanmore after a wonderful journey through nature, history and green spaces. Please wear suitable walking footwear, as some paths can remain muddy even after dry weather.
