Activity

This 5-mile linear walk is from Oxford Circus to London Bridge. We will meet at All Saints Church near Oxford Circus and have a look around this Gothic church before heading towards Carnaby Street and Regent Street to experience some of the London Christmas lights. We will make our way towards Trafalgar Square where we will stop at St Martins in the Fields Church or the Chandos pub for coffee or drinks. After some refreshment we will head towards Westminster to enjoy this stunning area at night. We will cross Westminster Bridge and walk onto London Bridge and along the South Bank. The walk will take in all the wonderful sights along the river but is primarily to get into the festive spirit and join in with the Christmas markets along the way. Lots of cafes and pubs on route, and we will have time to wander and take photos.

Refreshments

Planned stop in Trafalgar Square for drinks. Loads of cafes and pubs on route plus markets selling mulled wine etc. Pub at end of walk in London Bridge.

Travel

Walk starts near Oxford Circus Station (Bakerloo, Victoria and Central lines), and ends at London Bridge Station (Jubilee, Northern and main lines)
