Activity

A 13-mile circular walk with some hills. Starting from Berkhamsted Station, we head along the Grand Union Canal towards to Bourne End, then north along the Hertfordshire Way to Potten End and on to Nettleden, then north-west towards Little Gaddesden. Then we cross Ashridge Park to the Bridgewater Monument, before heading south-east across Northchurch Common and back to Berkhamsted.

By train: London Midland from Harrow and Wealdstone or Watford Junction to Berkhamsted. By car: around 20 miles from central Harrow, station car park cost £4.20.
