A circular walk of 14.5 miles starting in Ewelme, Oxfordshire. A quiet part of the Chiltern hills. Hills, woods and fine views over the Oxfordshire countryside. A good pace is required due to the distance and hilly nature of this walk.

By car only. Take the M40 to J6. Take the Watlington Road on the B4009. At Watlington go through the village until you come to a T junction, turn right still on the B4009. You will pass through Britwell Salome. Go on for around a mile and look for a small signpost on the left to Ewelme. Follow this road for half a mile. When you approach the village, take a left turn towards the church on Parsons Lane. Go past the church to the end of the lane, you will see a small car park across the road, if this is full (if there is a local sporting event taking place), then park along the roadside near the church. Car park is free. Nearest toilets on route to the start are in Watlington.
