Activity
This 22-mile circular ride takes in route 6/61 from Rickmansworth to Bricket Wood and then a long loop via quiet villages. Traffic-free route along the Ebury Way and the Watford - St Albans cycle way. We have lunch at the Bricket Wood tea rooms, within the restored Edwardian station. From here we take quiet lanes to Aldenham village and the impressive church and manor house. We then cycle to the Letchmore Heath Hare Krisna temple, created by George Harrison. Time for tiffin there as we admire the gardens and original manor house, before we cycle back to the start. Option to do Parkrun at start before the ride starts. Route suitable for all cycles.
