Activity

Eventide medieval carols at St Bartholomew the Great. An evening carol service from the Middle Ages, with readings from the Wycliffe Bible, set in the medieval wonder of this ancient priory church. Period instruments will accompany the choir, and the congregation will join in with some of the hymns of the era. Described as London's oldest parish church, it sits next to a Tudor gatehouse. This historic, richly ornate place of worship has been used for many film locations, most notably as the last church in 'Four Weddings and a Funeral'.
