This 12 mile circular walk takes in parklands, canals, lakes, former railway paths and the countryside around Watford and Rickmansworth. Walk begins in Cassiobury Park (former landscaped gardens of the Earls of Essex) and continues along Grand Union Canal. We will walk around the Aquadrome and the various lakes along the Colne Valley. These are nature reserves and great locations for watching water fowl. Route takes in part of Ebury Way, a Sustrans path on a former railway line.
Event is restricted to 12 participants due to current government guidance. This is based on 2 separate groups of up to 6 participants each, the second group having an assistant leader and following the first group at a short distance. Please book your place using Book Now button below.
