Activity

An easy 10 mile walk, starting at Greenford station with a short walk before we reach the Grand Union Canal. This is a traffic-free canal towpath with a chance to spot some wildlife on route. The canal is home to moorhens, coots, grebes, pochard and Egyptian geese to name but a few. We head along the canal until we reach a Lebanese cafe which will be our half way stop. After refuelling we re-join the canal taking in all the sights the canal has to offer. We reach the start of Little Venice where we will stop for a well deserved coffee at the famous waterside cafe. We can then enjoy the sights at Little Venice with option of refreshments at the Bridge House pub overlooking the canal.

Refreshments

Bring your own packed lunch, or indulge at the Lebanese cafe half way. After that there will be lots of opportunities, with cafes and pubs at Little Venice.
