9 mile circular walk around the waterways of Lee Valley Regional Park, Greater London's largest park. Starting from the Old Mill and Meadows, route will include Nazeing Marsh, Holyfield Marsh, Fishers Green, Hooks Marsh, gravel pits, and Silvermeade. We will stop roughly half way around the route, but no specific planned venue for lunch, so bring a packed lunch. However, there may be some pop-up coffee or refreshment stalls along the way. Route will mostly follow well-trodden paths. There may be some steps but route will be mostly flat following the rivers and waterways of Lee Valley Park. Optional drinks in pub beer garden after the walk has finished.

Bring packed lunch as no planned cafe enroute. Possibility of pop-up coffee stalls, along the way. Optional post walk drinks in pub beer garden near the finish point.

Greater Anglia service from London Liverpool Street (09:56) to Broxbourne (10:23). Car parks, both requiring payment, at station or at Broxbourne Old Mill and Meadows car park, a short walk from the train station.
