Sun May 7th

Walk free to members and prospective members, £5 supplement for attendees from Meetup. Entry to Hughenden Manor grounds and garden free to National Trust members, see link below for costs for non-members.

Buggy, baby and child friendly 3-4 mile walk from West Wycombe to Hughenden Manor, lunch at Hughenden Manor, you can bring / eat packed lunch for free at the manor or buy lunch at the café. Then visit to the manor grounds and house (free to NT members, cost for non-members); the visit is optional but will probably take 1-2 hours, if you do not want to visit the manor you can walk locally around the area for free (countryside, hills, woods, suggest you bring an OS map) or High Wycombe town centre is about a 20 minute walk. After visit to the manor will be 2-3 mile walk to return to West Wycombe. *** If you bring a buggy it will need to be suitable for rougher/uneven terrain. Some paths are through woods, there is some ascent and descent, and surfaces may be wet or muddy. *** We will be bringing an 11 month old baby with us on the walk, probably carrying rather than in buggy so the pace of the walking will reflect this.

Bring your own lunch or buy at Hughenden Manor
