Charity Moon Walk

Sat May 11th

Registration fee £49.50 direct to Moon Walk when you register

We have a team taking part in the Moon Walk, raising funds for breast cancer. The walk takes place overnight across central London, passing Westminster, Buckingham Palace, St Pauls and Tower Bridge. There are two challenges available: full moon walk 26.2 miles or half moon 15.1 miles. You will receive a bra to decorate and wear on the night (men included), a t-shirt, cap and a hot pasta meal. Also a lovely medal when you cross the finish line. Recommend you read the Moon Walk web page, some very useful information about what you can bring, what's expected on the night and what happens when you finish the walk. To register go to website (see link below), then register your details and click on Join a team. Our team name is HAWOG, created by Diane. Add estimated time of 7-8 hours. This is just so we get the same start time, it doesn't matter if you finish earlier or later. You must also raise £100 per person. This goes direct to the cancer charity. You can set up your fund raising page when you register.

Hot meal provided, you can choose this when you register. Bring water to drink along the route, just remember you do have to carry it. There will be a pop-up mobile serving food and drinks when you finish.

Clapham Common station on Northern line. Also short walk from Clapham Junction station on Overground.

7:30pm prompt at Clapham Common station, postcode SW4 9SA. We will start the walk at the given official start time once we have all registered.
