Activity

10-mile walk along the highest parts of the South Downs Way. Panoramic views inland, out to sea and along the coast. This section is the easiest to walk as just 1 climb at the start and then ridge walk until the final descent. Visit Jack and Jill windmills at Clayton. Viewpoint at Ditchlings Beacons. Walk ends at historic town of Lewes.

Picnic stop at Ditchling Beacon. Lots of choice in Lewes.

Travel

Train from London Victoria Station. Regular trains back to London from finish point.
